Getting close-up with spirituality, dissimilar cultures, nerve tingling history and wilderness of a different nature…this is a hotpot of Diverse Wonders…a tour that gets into your personal notepad so you could remember it down the years…
A lot of visitors come to Nepal for various vocational purposes. Many backpackers jet in for a feel of the mountains, while some holiday makers seek to explore Nepal by chilling out with a beer or Jack Daniels on the rocks while enjoying the mountains from some slick resort with good vantage points; and there are those who simply like to walk down the temple strewn back lanes of the ancient junctions of Kathmandu, Patan and Bhaktapur and there are some who like to move in the queue with Buddhist pilgrims on a spiritual spin around the medieval stupas and temples that dot the skylines of kathmandu. The ancient kings of Nepal seemed to have laid a fervent base of religious doctrines that still exists among a myriad of communities till this day.
We next head down further south of Nepal’s wild and grassy national parks, where nature enthusiasts search the treetops for rare bird species and rake through the jungles for rhinos and tigers from the backs of bumbling Indian elephants. Whichever way you travel across the country – it could be on a mountain bike, motorbike, paddling on tamed rivers, a tourist bus or even by air; Nepal provides visitors an amazing sundry of delights and landscapes.
Visiting Lumbini, the birthplace of Siddhartha Gautama – better known as the Buddha – Is also part of our program. Heritage–listed Lumbini is of vital importance and beckons millions of Buddhist pilgrims from around the globe. City of Lakes – Pokhara – is an important part of our tour. This gateway to some world renowned treks in the Annapurna region is just the joint to rest those weary bones for the exhausted hiker, whether you’ve returned from a grueling trek or a nasty bus trip from hell, a laid back rest down by the lake is ideal to hit the clouds; there’s more to Pokhara than meets the eye, a wealthy adventure sports industry and the best paragliding venue on the planet. It’s all there – IncentiveHolidays offers you Nepal – a haven for diverse wonders…like nobody else…

Your accommodation in Kathmandu will be made in 3-4-5* star hotels of your choice. All hotel rates are based on BB unless otherwise stated. Accommodations in the valley are comfortable and as close as it gets to home. If we are to spend a night at Pokhara, there are many fantastic luxury hotels that can be found at this picturesque lake valley with real homely comforts. At Lumbini, the Hotels are immaculately clean and you will enjoy your nights in Lumbini. There are also more modest accommodations that may suit your budget; these lodges are situated a bit further up from the main center of Lumbini though. Some of these Lodges have rooms that are pretty basic at best, but comfy enough to spend several nights. The options are many for your hotel stay…the choice exclusively yours.
The choices is a delicatessen’s delight in the valley for visitors with vibrant taste buds. You will find cuisines from almost every corner of the planet in this ancient city. At Pokhara too, the food choices are great. In Lumbini, there is only one restaurant though, the Lumbini Garden Restaurant, which is about a ten minutes hike from the center. There are other hotels too that have restaurants with ‘a la carte’ menu choices and some with basic menus that provide a decent meal.
The locals feel guests need to make a few sacrifices when visiting the birth place of the Buddha. However, despite the circumstances, you won’t need to go hungry…the Buddha wouldn’t want that anyways. The Jungle safari lodges at Chitwan offer 3 wholesome meals well prepared with fresh veggies straight from the gardens; this area is one of the biggest suppliers for veggies in Nepal.
If you come to Nepal and have a flexible schedule, then take the time to visit these places. Nepal always has something to offer its guests. During the peak season (October to December) and (mid of February to May), the stunning panorama of the Himalayas is at its crisp-beautiful-best, but there is really no season in which Nepal is not a beautiful or pleasant place to visit.
