Detail Itinerary

Day 1- Arrive Kathmandu

Transfer from airport to hotel. A representative from our office will be there to receive you at the Tribhuvan International Airport.  After a traditional welcome at the hotel, you will be briefed on your itinerary.

A surprise gift awaits you in your beautifully decorated Honeymoon Suite.

Day 2- Kathmandu –Half-day sightseeing (Mahyepi Temple, Boudhanath Stupa), transfer to Daman

We commence our Honeymoon Tour with a visit to Mahyepi Temple or the ‘Temple of Love’. A Hindu temple, the temple’s patron goddess Mahyepi is believed to bless couples who visit her shrine by uniting them for this and six subsequent lives. Many Hindu couples get married at this shrine. Afterwards we visit Boudhanath Stupa, a World heritage Site. Boudhanath Stupa is the largest Buddhist stupa in Nepal and one of the important centres of Tibetan Buddhism.

After lunch we set-off for Daman, a hill-station famous for its panoramic Himalayan views. After a scenic two and a half hour drive filled with fascinating mountain vistas and quaint traditional villages we reach Daman. We check in at the resort and let the peaceful ambience of Daman lull and soothe our senses.

Day 3Drive Daman to Chitwan

We wake up early to witness the magical sunrise over the Himalayan peaks. After a hearty breakfast we drive onward to our next destination, Chitwan. A downhill drive takes us down to the highway leading to Chitwan. Driving alongside the Trishuli river for about four hours brings us to Chitwan. We check in at the designated hotel. Evening we enjoy a lively Tharu cultural programme.

Day 4-Chitwan – Canoe Ride, Elephant Ride & sunset view from the riverside

A day filled with adventure – we enjoy a canoe ride and an elephant ride.  We hop on a wooden dugout canoe and watch the jungle gliding by as the boatman deftly maneuvers the canoe over the slow moving river. We spy the wild inhabitants of the park strolling about or hiding in the tall elephant grass. Later we explore more of the park’s wilderness riding atop an elephant. Afterwards we head to the riverside to enjoy the sunset.

Day 5- Drive Chitwan to Pokhara

After an early breakfast we head to Pokhara. Driving alongside Himalayan rivers and crossing mountain brooks and picturesque villages, we finally reach Pokhara after a little over two hours. We check in at the designated hotel and retire for the day.

Day 6- Pokhara – Sightseeing (Boating on Phewa Lake, visit Barahi Temple, Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Cave)

We commence our Pokhara sightseeing with boating on the enchanting Phewa Lake. With the backdrop of the snowy Machapuchhre(Fishtail) Peak we paddle leisurely on the emerald waters of the lake, basking in the picture-perfect scenery. We visit the island temple of Tal Barahi, Davis Falls and Gupteshwor Cave.  Later we take a short drive uphill to Sarangkot Hill and stay overnight at a resort. Evening, we enjoy a magical sunset over the Himalayan peaks and a panoramic night-view of Pokhara valley.

Day 7- Drive to Kathmandu

We wake up early to catch the sunrise. It is indeed an unforgettable sight to watch the sun rising over the white Himalayan spires of Annapurna, Machhapuchre and Dhaulagiri.

After a delightful stay in Pokhara we return to Kathmandu via the Prithvi Highway.

Evening, enjoy a complimentary traditional Nepali feast and a lively Nepali cultural programme.

Day 8- Depart Kathmandu

Our representative will drop you at the airport on time to catch your return flight.
