VOLUNTEER FOR A WEEK…& change lives for a lifetime…
In a conflict ridden world that also has to battle the vagaries of nature which are causing havoc across the planet, the support you volunteer in the Himalayan landlocked country of Nepal, ravaged by two earthquakes, will be a welcome light in the long tunnel of darkness. Your skills & support will bring back long lost smiles of hope…& rekindle the spirit to carry on.
The projects we’ve planned for the precious volunteering time you give us has been targeted in areas where it matters most:
– Women’s health and maternity awareness
– Income generation skills training
– Teaching English Language to young women
– Education [literacy objectives] with focus on Rights & Life skills
– Saving & credit – micro credit through cooperatives
In this project, your skills will support mainly women & children in remote locations affected by the recent spate of earthquakes the country experienced. The precious time you invest will garner immense knowledge in areas of literacy, health awareness & key ideas for income generation. Join us and make a difference!

We can support Women of the affected area by boosting literacy and health education, providing income generation tips and micro credit loans. We see the rise in quality of life for the women as fundamental to positive development for Nepal as a whole. By providing women with the tools to be at the helm of their own future successes, we hope to highlight how gender parity is central to Nepal’s prosperity.
As Women of Sindhupalchok are deprived of their right and education we will educate Women organizing a different class session related with Family health, Women’s rights, will give training and tips for Income generation.
